Warranty
TOMEKI ALLOY INC – WARRANTY DISCLOSURE
Tomeki Alloy Inc. offers a lifetime structural warranty to the original purchaser, guaranteeing that all Tomeki wheels purchased new are free from structural defects in materials and/or workmanship. In addition, Tomeki Alloy provides a 1-year finish warranty from the original purchase date covering manufacturer-applied powder coat or paint finishes. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original buyer.
All warranty coverage is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of wheels determined by Tomeki Alloy to be covered under warranty. The method of resolution—whether repair or replacement—will be at the sole discretion of Tomeki Alloy Inc.
Tomeki Alloy does not offer a road hazard warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by road debris, potholes, collisions, improper cleaning chemicals, neglect, misuse, or any form of impact-related damage.
To maintain warranty eligibility:
-
Tire and wheel sizing must match tire manufacturer recommendations.
-
Wheels must be properly installed using approved hardware.
-
Tires must be kept at the proper inflation pressure to avoid undue stress on the wheels.
The following will void warranty coverage:
-
Any wheel that has been altered, repaired, refinished, welded, or modified in any way.
-
Damage caused by improper installation, tire mounting, or unapproved accessories/hardware.
-
Wheels damaged during transit due to mishandling or improper shipping.
All warranty claims must be submitted through the original dealer the wheels were purchased from. Customers must return the product to the dealer, who will request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from Tomeki Alloy. Any products shipped to Tomeki Alloy Inc. without an RMA will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.
Wheels submitted for warranty will be inspected upon arrival at Tomeki Alloy headquarters in Los Angeles, California, and the dealer will be notified of the results.
Tomeki Alloy Inc. does not cover shipping costs related to warranty claims. This includes, but is not limited to, return shipping, reinstallation, removal, or vehicle downtime. Any additional expenses will be handled solely at the discretion of the original dealer on a case-by-case basis.
